Site Supervisor

Salary: $55,000-65,000 plus commissions

Location: Manassas, VA

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing the field talent at the customer locations. In this role, you will ensures strong performance from the workforce and build and maintain a strong relationship with customers’ onsite management. The Site Supervisor reports to the Area Manager.

Role Responsibilities:

· Lead, motivate, and manage the on-site workforce to deliver a strong performance for the client.

· Ensure necessary recruitment strategies so that headcount needs are met for all shifts.

· Ensure compliance with all company and client’s standards including safety and all manufacturing practices.

· Process unemployment compliance, payroll deadlines and proper documentation for onsite workforce.

· Work with client and site staff to improve cycle time, employee relations and performance.

Qualifications:

· 1-3 years of relevant experience, onsite staffing preferred but open to customer service or administrative skills.

· Strong relationship building and communication skills both verbal and written

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products with a focus on Excel, Word, and Outlook

· Highly resourceful with the ability to prioritize and multitask with limited direction

· Sense of urgency to meet high volume recruitment needs

· Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, willingness to learn, and high level of integrity
