We currently have an exciting career opportunity for an Outbound Engagement Specialist to join our Centralized Services Team in Morristown, NJ. This position is an in-office role, Monday through Friday.
The Outbound Engagement Specialist will be responsible for contacting prospective clients throughout the country and setting up first meetings for the sales team. You will play an important role in supporting key initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively and scheduling meetings for sales leaders.
- Reaching out to customer leads through cold calling.
- Document all sales activities within Salesforce.com.
- Manage outbound and inbound calls for prospective companies looking to discuss our service offerings.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree (Business Administration, Marketing, etc.) preferred but not required.
- Demonstrates a winning attitude.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- High level of engagement
- Team oriented.
- Strong planning and time management.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive and sense of urgency.
