Machine Operator – Sandblasting

CoWorx Staffing is currently seeking reliable and motivated individuals for Sandblasting Technician positions in Sanford! This is a great opportunity to join a growing team with hands-on training and long-term potential.

Responsibilities:

Operate sandblasting equipment to clean and prepare metal surfaces
Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate protective gear
Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Communicate with team leads and supervisors as needed

Desired Background/Skills:

Ability to work overnight hours on 3rd shift
Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks
Willingness to train on 1st shift for the first 2 to 4 weeks
Prior manufacturing or industrial experience is a plus, but not required
Reliable transportation and strong work ethic

Other Information:

Location: Sanford, ME
Pay: $20.00/hour
Shift: 3rd Shift | 10:30 PM – 6:00 AM
Training: 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) for 2 to 4 weeks
