Entry Level Machine Operators

CoWorx Staffing Services is now hiring Entry Level Machine Operators in Tynsboro, MA! Position Summary: Produce machined parts by setting up and operating a computer numerical control machine; maintaining quality and safety standards; keeping records; maintaining equipment and supplies at our client’s facility located in Tyngsboro, MA. Schedule: 4:00pm – 2:00am, Monday – Thursday

Responsibilities:

Plans machining by studying work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, materials and specifications.
Configure machines by entering instructions, including zero and reference points, setting tool registers, offsets, compensation and proving part programs.
Loads machine with work pieces.
Verifies settings by measuring positions, 1st run part and sample work pieces.
Maintains specifications by observing operations; taking measurements; detecting malfunctions; troubleshooting processes; replacing worn tooling; adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes.
Meets production goals in terms of cycle time, quantity and quality.

Advising your manager of any situations or obstacles that could keep you from accomplishing the work assigned to you.
