Responsibilities:
Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
Perform basic assembly or packaging tasks as assigned
Inspect products for quality and accuracy
Maintain clean and organized work area
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Support team leads and supervisors with day-to-day production goals

Desired Background/Skills:
Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required – willing to train the right person!
Strong attention to detail and work ethic
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Reliable attendance and dependable transportation
Willingness to learn and work in a team environment
