Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Location: Westfield, Massachusetts

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our client located in the Westfield, MA area. Hours are Monday – Friday 8am-5pm.

Responsibilities:

Provide assistance to internal representatives, customers, and employees while demonstrating a positive attitude.
Act as a liaison between Sales Reps, Managers, customers, Technical Service, Engineering, and the Factory.
Answer phone and E-mail inquiries in a timely manner
Provide information concerning Mestek products
Process incoming orders for unit accuracy, pricing, and shipping information
Enter orders into Friedman ERP system
Review information before sending to Credit/Factory
Identify and resolve inquiries from representatives/customers relating to products
Guide representatives and distributors in use of Sales Assistant Specifier
Monitor fax machines for orders
Maintain an orderly work area
Keep filing and paperwork up-to-date

Desired Background/Skills:

Previous manufacturing customer experience required
Previous office experience required
