Some would say we’re staffing professionals.
We prefer the term career champions.

We give you our best because you give us your best.

Treating our people and our communities right.

Culture of Caring

Our business depends on good people doing great work. We treat our people well because it’s the right thing to do. And, when we do that, it translates into positive results for our clients. Celebration, recognition, and career growth are at the core of how we maintain an excellent team.

Day of Giving

Every year, CoWorx team members give back to their communities as part of the Janet & Stanley Kane Memorial Day of Giving. Working with local food banks and donating to organizations like Fedcap Inc connect us to those in need, put our skills to good use, and fill up our cups along the way.

Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging

We’re committed to providing an inclusive environment of opportunity for all candidates and employees. Our employee resource groups (ERGs) create spaces of empathy where employees can speak openly and collaborate on improving programs and education. Our differences strengthen our teams. DEIB is our source of innovation and performance.
